Returns & Refunds

At Vintage Nonsense, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer's remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and your order number.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Items must not be returned without prior authorisation.
• We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.
